In the process of installing 0. 40 I uninstalled and reinstalled Morrowind onto my SSD (same drive as OpenMW) instead of my HDD (different drive than OpenMW), and checked off the Steam overlay although I doubt the Steam overlay was affecting the game anyway. I have tried running the game as administrator. The first 10 minutes, the game is playable without lag spikes and so on, I have constantly 144FPS, my CPU and Co. On the steam link I only get about 30 fps with the same 1080p resolution and I still get some constant lag spikes happening every few minutes
